Shipping Conditions

Goods weighing up to 31.5 kg are shipped via DHL and should arrive within 2–3 working days after receipt of payment.

Products that cannot be shipped as parcels due to their weight or size are delivered by a freight carrier to the kerbside.

Personal deliveries are always arranged individually.

International shipping costs vary. Please contact us directly for further information.

Packaging and Shipping Costs

From €0 (including statutory VAT).

Various small items and spare parts are shipped free of charge and are marked accordingly as “free shipping”.

Packaging and shipping costs are calculated according to weight.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery period is stated in the product description, delivery within Germany takes 3–4 days. For payment in advance, the delivery period begins upon receipt of payment. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you choose to collect your order, we will notify you by email when the goods are ready and provide collection details. In this case, no packaging or shipping costs apply.
