A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rodenta Dentalhandel GmbH, Zeppelinstraße 2a, 48301 Nottuln, Germany, Tel.: +49 2507 9820444, e-mail: info@rodenta.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website https://www.rodenta.de/rueckgabe. If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without delay (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (freight goods), the direct costs of return are estimated at a maximum of approximately 69 euros per item.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling of the goods that is not necessary to examine their condition, properties and functioning.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage forward (unpaid).
3) Please note that points 1-2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
